Land TANK FUEL tanks for gas station.

The steel TANK FUEL tank for diesel fuel, is certified according to the Italian Ministerial Decree 19/3/1990 (M. D. 31/7/34 Chapter I N. XVII, M. D. 19/3/90, M. of 12/09/2003 and DCPST/A7/4984/AT/09189 from 26/07/2007) 2003, and the subsequent updates and additions.

Volumes available: 490, 1000, 1300, 2400, 3000, 5000, 7000 and 9000 l

General description:

1. Tanks:

Cylindrical horizontal tanks have the convex bottoms, are manufactured of the calendered sheet carbonaceous steel of S 235 JR according to the UNI EN 10025 standards, cook under gumboil, the external surface has an anticorrosive covering and is painted
green paint; are tested for tightness.

Complete set:

• The hatch is flange, with a diameter of 400 mm, with laying and a metal cover
• Jellied mouth with quick disconnect connection with a diameter of 3 inches
• The valve - the filling limiter calibrated for 90% of the geometrical capacity of the tank
• The respiratory valve with the built - in fire prevention device
• The mechanical float - operated level gage with a circular scale of dial type
• Antiretractable basic legs
• The drainage valve with a cap for carrying out periodic cleaning works
• The soaking - up pipe with the backpressure valve, the ground filter and the spherical crane
• Grounding plug

2.  Protective pallet

The pallet with the self - bearing basic frame is manufactured of sheet carbonaceous steel of S 235 JR according to the UNI EN 10025 standards and fastens to tank legs by means of bolts; is suitable for installation on any surface (also for stationary installation).
Contains 50% of the nominal volume of fuel in the tank, according to M. D. 19 - 03 - 90.
It is equipped with eyes for a raising the crane manipulator, the grounding plug, the drain muffled opening and four nests for installation of racks for a canopy. It is completely processed by anticorrosive protection and painted with green paint.

3. Canopy:

The canopy protects from influence of climatic factors of the external environment, is made of the strong galvanized steel frame covered with the self - bearing galvanized flooring from corrugated steel. The canopy fastens to the pallet for collecting the passage of fuel by means of bolts.

4. Case for the fuel - dispensing equipment

• The closed metal case painted by powder paint.
• The electric board is placed in the special protective IP 55 case and equipped with the switch, an alarm button and the device of blocking of the pump at achievement of the minimum level of fuel in the tank
• The electric pump with a productivity of 50 - 70 - 90 l/min which is self - soaking up bladed, with the built - in perepuskny valve baypas and a linear filter, is carried out in single - phase execution on voltage of 220 V and in three - phase execution on voltage of 400 V (also the model with the TF/M manual pump is available).
• The flowmeter for a noncommercial holiday of fuel, has function of zeroing and the total counter. The error + / - 1% after calibration, repeatability of 0,2% , max. working pressure is 10 bars.
• The automatic fuel - dispensing gun with a four - meter rubber hose

• CVTV: the integrated control unit and holidays of fuel. This model is made on the basis of Broadcasting Company of TF/ECO on which Emiltouch control system is installed.
• TF/SS - FM: Broadcasting Company for a noncommercial holiday of fuel it is equipped with the electronic FM counter and the local memory device which stores data on the last 200 operations, allowing to carry out monitoring of amount of the released fuel. Productivity of 70 or 90 l/min. Access is allowed only the authorized users (max. number of users 120).

Option: Control system and monitoring:
Multipurpose and economic control systems of a holiday of fuel for private vehicle fleets. The reliable decision for monitoring the automated fuel holidays, 24 hours in days, 7 days a week. All information can be stored and be processed by means of special ON which helps to control fuel consumption, to do the analysis of expenses and to make consumption statistics. These systems can be especially interesting transport and construction by the companies for which they are available a large number of vehicles. It is possible to connect the fuel - dispensing equipment equipped with a flowmeter with the generator of impulses to these systems.

• EMILTOUCH: The system based on the Windows operating system is equipped with the touchscreen display with a diameter of 8 inches, the TAG reader, the GPRS module, a payment of I/O and the power supply unit. To system it will perhaps be connected through LAN, GPRS and to make data exchange via the reader.
• MC BOX electronic control unit – The ms system is the control system calculated on numerous
  users. Controls amount of the released fuel for the noncommercial needs, by means of fuel - dispensing installations equipped with the pump and a flowmeter. Models with power supply of 12 or 24 V are available or 230 V. Mozhet to be integrated into Broadcasting Company of GLM - C by request of the client.

Options:

• OCIO - System for continuous monitoring of level of liquid in tanks of land and underground placement. The system consists of the control unit and the level gage which is installed in the lower point of a pipe. Principle of action: measurement of pressure the created hydrostatic column of liquid which is above the sensitive sensor, transformation of the measured value to the valid value of level and its conclusion to the display of the control unit. Thanks to special ON, it is possible to adjust the following installations: a unit of measure, the sizes and a form of the tank, and also it is possible to operate signaling devices and indicators of level. OCIO easily is established and provides high precision of measurements.
• ES - LEVEL – The innovative modular magnetostriction probe level gage of high precision for continuous control of level of reserves of fuel in tanks. In addition, other functions, such as can be added: the sensor of water level, present at the tank, sound and light alarm systems, touch sensors of temperature. There is also explosion - proof option of ATEX.
• SECURE BOX – the Container from sheet galvanized steel approved by the Italian Ministry of Internal Affairs. It is intended for a full covering of TANK FUEL, replaces a canopy. Is suitable for installation on the pallet and it is equipped with tubular racks for installation on the pallet.
• TANK BOX -  The container from sheet galvanized corrugated steel is intended for additional protection of Tank Fuel tanks against adverse weather conditions. Easy and bystry in installation.
• DRUM – With the manual or spring drive. The frame, disks, the case and other details are made of INOX stainless steel or of the painted carbonaceous steel. It is calculated on a hose with a diameter of 1 or ¾ inch. It is equipped with a rotation clamp, hinged connection and sealants.
• FILTERS - wide scale of systems of filtering, both for office of solid pollutants, and for office of the water which is present at fuel.
• CONTAINER FOR STORAGE of fuel and lubricants – The metal container is intended for storage of containers with fuel and lubricants which maximum admissible volume is equal to 9000 l. It is approved by the Italian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
