DRSH-250-3
Mercury-quartz lamps like DRSh-250-3.
Are applied in optical devices to receiving a narrow beam of light of big intensity. Radiate energy both in visible, and in an ultra-violet part of a range and therefore can be used as sources of ultra-violet energy.
Are carried out in the form of cylinders of a spherical form of quartz glass. In end faces of cylinders the main electrodes are soldered. The auxiliary electrode intended for simplification of emergence of the Arc category between the main electrodes is sideways located.
Cylinders are filled with the dosed amount of mercury, couple of which in working order lamps reach pressure of 30-50 atm. In these conditions the arc category in vapors of mercury concentrates between the ends of electrodes. Brightness of the arc category of lamps of DRSh reaches - the sizes surpassing brightness of glow lamps.
Join in the alternating current main of 127 or 220 in through a ballast throttle. For lamp ignition the side electrode of a cylinder quickly joins output contact of the high-frequency inductor. The set mode of a lamp comes in 10-15 min. after the inclusion moment.
Designation of lamps consists of letters DRSh arc mercury spherical and the figures determining power in watts.
