Transformers TSL power dry series

With power from 100 to 2500 kVA are issued and are intended for installation in industrial rooms and public buildings to which increased requirements regarding fire safety are imposed, on explosion proofness, ecological purity.
TSL transformers are issued on the rated voltage of primary winding of 6 or 10 kV. The rated voltage of a secondary winding is 0,4 kV. Scheme and group of connection of windings U/Un-0 or D/Un-11.
TSL transformers are fireproof, possess high resistance to influence of efforts of short circuit, are simple in service and are environmentally friendly. A heat stability class - F (155 °C). Degree of protection - IP00 (TSL, without protection cover), IP21 and IP23 (TSZL, with the protection cover).
Windings of a low voltage are carried out from an aluminum or copper foil, a winding of a high voltage - from an aluminum or copper wire.
The technology of filling of epoxy under deep vacuum guarantees stable quality of windings and high resistance to currents of short circuit.
Are completed with thermal sensors and the relay which gives at first a warning signal, and then and a signal on disconnection of the transformer from a network at excess of temperature of windings of admissible norms for isolation (145 °C - the warning signal, 165 °C - a signal on shutdown).
Dry transformers do not demand labor-consuming maintenance: need for such works on maintenance as sealing, restoration of protection of tanks against corrosion, purification of oil disappears.
Transformers with cast epoxy isolation demand only air for cooling. There is no need to control the level of oil and to clear it.
