SPECIFICATIONS:
Trailer KU-700 switches have two independent electric chains and can work both on constant, and at alternating current. Permissible current load is given in the table below.

DEVICE AND WORK:
All switches are unified and differ only in the drive. The switch consists of the case and a cover executed cast of an aluminum alloy, a cam drum with cam washers and the fixing mechanism (except the KU-703 switch).
Fixing of trailer KU-703 switches is carried out due to the restriction of the movement of freight and a counterbalance which are available on the driving lever, the plane A. In KU-701 switches the ratchet under the influence of a spring fixes the lever in zero situation.
In trailer KU-704 switches fixing is carried out, except zero, in two extreme provisions. At turn of a cam drum cam washers include or switch off cam elements according to the schemes given on outline drawings.
PLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION:
Trailer KU-700 switches can be installed in any situation. At installation of the KU-703 switch check reliability of an emphasis of the lever and provide the platform for freight on a polyspast.
