Description
The semiautomatic device for creation of firm cover is created for association of 3 operations in one machine for increase in productivity and reduction of number of the working personnel (it is serviced by one operator).
Glue shaft are chromeplated - length of 55 cm, pressing shaft - working length of 75 cm.
On table - the device for simplification of exact correction of position of paper and cardboard.
Back and the face of the machine are equipped with the closed tables.
Two pedals for simplicity of control of machine: one - management of vacuum table, the second - for emission of the finished cover after the second pass.
The machine is very economic on consumption of electricity and glue.
Works with cold glue.
Speed of production of cover depends on skills of the operator and type of work.
