The copper is intended for heating and hot water supply of residential, public and industrial buildings with water pressure in system not higher than 0,6 MPas (6 bars) and the maximum temperature of heating of water at the exit from a copper 95 C.
Operation of a copper with a temperature of heating of water to 115 C is allowed.
Scope - working at solid fuel (firewood, wood waste, except sawdust) boiler rooms of residential, public and industrial buildings.
The fire chamber of a copper is intended for combustion of solid fuel in a layer.
The copper is made in a climatic modification of UHL 4.2 in accordance with GOST 15150.
The copper is intended for work on compulsory draft (under depression).
The copper has to be operated at a temperature of air from 274 To (1 C) to 313 K (40 C) and relative humidity of air no more than 80% at a temperature of 298 To (25 C)
The copper (figures 3) consists of pipe part 1, the case of a fire chamber 10, a plate frontal 6, doors furnace 7, 8, a framework 14, two doors 17, an air duct 5.
Outside the copper is sheathed by removable coverings in which heat-insulating material is laid.
The pipe part of 1 copper includes the screen furnace 2, two screens lateral 3, the screen forward 4 and the block convective 15, consisting of two sections and the convective gas flue.
All surfaces of heating of pipe part of a copper are connected among themselves by system of collectors.
The pipe part of a copper has branch pipes of an entrance and an exit of water, a drainage, production of air, selection of an impulse of depression in a fire chamber.
Material and the sizes of basic elements of pipe part of a copper are specified in the passport of a copper 07.233.08-50.00.000 PS.
The case of a fire chamber of the 10th copper is laid out from a fire-resistant brick and includes the basis 11, a horizontal grid-iron lattice 12, a cindery door 9 for removal of ashes, a branch pipe 13 for a supply of primary air.
The basis 11 made of profile metal is the bearing copper design. It has basic and connecting places for pipe part, and also load-lifting devices.
The grid-iron lattice 12 consists of six plitchaty pig-iron grid-irons on which there is a process of combustion of a layer of fuel.
For loading of fuel doors furnace 7,8 are provided. The door furnace 7 is mounted on a removable plate frontal 6, heatisolated by heat-resistant concrete.
For withdrawal of products of combustion from a copper the gas flue 18 with the manual adjustable gate is provided in a chimney.
Doors 17 serve for access to a convective surface of a cat when cleaning convective pipes and the gas flue of ashes and soot.
The air duct 5 is intended for a supply of secondary air from the dutyevy fan in a furnace chamber of a copper.

ATTENTION! The copper demands service sideways and behind - removal of panels of a covering sideways, opening of doors behind, opening of hatches for cleaning, cleaning of convective surfaces. Width of passes between coppers or between a copper and a wall of the room has to be not less than 1,5 m.
