2. Sales Tax and other Govt. levies extra;

3. The responsibility of company ceases after goods are handed over to local transporter(Delhi) -No replacement of broken goods;

4. Disputes if any, subject to Delhi jurisdiction;

5. Complaints regarding shortage, manufacturing defects etc. should reach us within one week from the date of receipt of materials failing which no claims will be entertained by us;

6. Goods once sold will not be taken back or replaced;

7. Discounts may change with time.
