Ekomet's composition of A201

The composition "EKOMETA201" is applied as additional component in electrolytes of sulphuric acid anodizing. Usethis additive allows to improve structure and quality of anode film. The composition "EKOMETA201" promotes increase of hardness of anodic coating, porous films become more uniform on all surface.

Properties of the anodic coatings received from this electrolyte do not differ from properties of standard coverings on ability to color anodizing. The composition can be entered into the electrolyte which is already used in the operating line.

Composition of solution of anodizing:

• sulphuric acid — 150 - 180 g/l,
• the composition "EKOMETA201" — 6 - 7 g/l.

Anodizing mode:

• temperature — 20 - 25 °C,
• density of anode current — 1 - 1,5 ^{And/sq. dm},
• time — depending on the required thickness of anode film.

Approximate expense of the composition "EKOMETA201" — 1,5 - 3 g on 1 ^{sq. m} of the processed surface.

To store the composition "EKOMETA201" in the closed container at temperature above + 4 °C, warranty period — 12 months.
