PVA glue-30 Universal

Type : PVA glue 30 is a universal aqueous dispersion composition based on polyvinyl acetate dispersion.

Application: Adhesive PVAc - 30 universal for gluing paper and cardboard, wood, plywood, veneer, cotton fabrics and other purposes.

Surface Preparation : The surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned of dirt, dust, grease. Glue is not stable when the fatty surfaces. If the surface is porous, it is recommended to be primed, sanded. The surface to be bonded must be dry. When gluing wood, surface moisture should not exceed 12% .

Coating: must be mixed thoroughly before application of the glue in the case of formation of the film, carefully remove it from the surface.

Glue is applied by brush, roller or trowel with wide teeth. Glue is applied uniformly on one of the surfaces to be bonded. Bonding surfaces connect and tightly pressed, possibly placed in a press. Complete drying time of at least 24 hours. Depending on the thickness of the layer adherend drying time may be different.

Works with the adhesive is recommended when the air temperature is not lower than 10 ° C and relative humidity of 80% .

After applying the adhesive, the excess is removed with a dry cloth (cloth).

Consumption of adhesive is 100 - 500 g / m2, depending on the type of work, thickness of the applied layer adherend, and other factors.

Since skin adhesive surface is rinsed with warm water and soap. Upon completion of work the container and tools were washed with warm water until the glue dries.
