APPOINTMENT:



Glue is intended for prikleyka by cold way of rubbers on the basis of general - purpose rubbers with different materials and in different combinations of these materials:

• concrete,

• the made foam polymers,

• porous and fibrous materials,

• tree,

• CHIPBOARD, DVP,

• glass,

• the metals painted (grounded)

• rubbers (rubbers should not contain in the structure more than 10 mass. ch. the dibutyl phthalate plasticizer on 100 mass. ch. rubber),

• leatherette,

• fabrics,

• foam rubber

• and other surfaces.

Gluing of polyethylene, penopolietilen, polypropylene, PETF is allowed.



Glue has found broad application in automotive industry, aircraft construction and helicopter engineering, in production of upholstered furniture and in construction, including for finishing works (N - r, for linoleum gluing, etc. ).

STRUCTURE: Glue polychloroprene 88 - CA represents solution of rubber stock of duprene rubber on the basis of nairit and butylphenolformaldehyde pitch.

APPLICATION:

Carefully to mix glue before the use!



SURFACE PREPARATION:

To clear adherend surfaces of dust, pollution; it is desirable to process smooth surfaces abrasive paper, to wipe with solvent and to dry 10 - 15 minutes.



SPREAD:

• When pasting porous materials to apply glue on adherend surfaces, to sustain 1 - 3 minutes and to squeeze densely. Durability of adhesive line exceeding foam rubber durability is reached in 30 minutes.

• When pasting nonporous materials in one layer of glue:

- to dry adhesive coat 5 - 10 minutes (keeping of the surfaces smeared with glue within several hours is allowed if necessary - at the same time the gluing ability remains),

- then surfaces quickly densely to squeeze and give endurance 24 hours.

• When pasting nonporous materials in two layers of glue (for receiving stronger connection): - to apply thin film of glue, to sustain 12 - 15 minutes,

- to put the second layer of glue, to sustain 5 - 10 minutes,

- to densely press adherend surfaces and to give endurance 24 hours.



Attention: Temperature of the applied glue has to be not lower 18ºС. To make dilution of glue in case of its jelling as a result of evaporation of solvents ethyl acetate. To make cleaning of the tool by means of mix of ethyl acetate and nefrac in the ratio 1: 1 on volume.


STORAGE CONDITIONS: Glue 88CA should be stored in hermetically closed container at temperature from + 5 to + 40os. At temperature below + 5os glue is gelatinized (i. e. becomes more viscous and, therefore, its expense and dwell time for evaporation of solvents increases). In case storage of glue in the cold room, before application to keep glue in the warm room or in warm water before heating to temperature (23±5) ºС within 2 - 3 days, mixing wooden oar. After that glue completely recovers the properties and consistence.


Warranty period of storage of glue from the moment of production — not less than 6 months.


Packaging: metal drums with a capacity of 20 kg, 15 kg, banks of 4 kg.
