Kapron cord fabric

The kapron cord fabric along with fabrics from other materials (viscose, polyether, anid) is applied as multilayer framework in pneumatic tires. The kapron cord fabric is characterized by high tenacity, resistance to action of repeated deformations of bend, high moisture resistance and small weight. Thanks to these properties run of tires increases, the consumption of rubber and cord is cut by production of tires.

On PTK "Man-made fiber" of JSC Grodno Azot different brands of kapron cord fabric, including brand with the lowered area density are made: 30(302)KHTC of thread of structure 187 teks x 1 x 2, 22(222)KHTC of thread of structure 144 teks x 1 x 2. Uniqueness of cord fabric of brands 22 (222)KHTC consists that depending on number of threads of basis (100 or 106) they can be applied in design of tires instead of brands 23 (232)KHTC or 25 (252)KHTC that allows to react to requests of the market mobile.

Besides, application of cord fabrics with the lowered area density allows to lose tire weight at preservation of its durability, to increase durability of tires, to cut fuel consumption of the car. Except the PTK "Man-made fiber" standard brands of JSC Grodno Azot makes cord fabrics according to specifications of consumers.
