It is intended for putting two - component glue on the stuck together substrata.
Provides the glue mixture accuracy, uniformity of its drawing that leads to essential reduction of a consumption of glue and minimization of a human factor in production.
Installation settles down on a mobile portal or console platform and moves in the automatic mode on rails over the pressa located in the direction of installation.

The pump station is equipped with the high - precision dosing pumps precisely giving, set by the operator, the volume of the mixed components of glue system, irrespective of change of their viscosity. Volume of buffer capacities sandwich of panels of any standard size, sufficient for completion of the current process of production.
The device of putting glue consists of the static mixer and the glue comb established on the mobile carriage. Mixture of components happens just before putting glue - in the static mixer. After the static mixer glue comes to the glue comb having a folding design which provides easy and fast cleaning.

The software of "KAM - Digital", controls and synchronizes a dosage of components "A" and "B", supporting their expense at the set level. Ratios of components are established according to technical requirements of the producer of glue systems.
