Cables control are intended for motionless accession to electric devices, devices, assemblies of clips of electric distributing devices with a rated alternating voltage to 660 V of the frequency of 100 Hz or with a constant voltage up to 1000B, for laying in rooms, canals, tunnels, in the conditions of hostile environment, in the absence of mechanical impacts on a cable.
Laying of cables in the earth (trenches) when ensuring protection of cables in places of an exit to a surface is allowed.
Cables KVVGNG (And) and KVVGNG are applied (A)-LS to laying in cable constructions and rooms for ensuring fire safety of cable chains when laying in bunches.
DESIGN
CONDUCTING VEIN - copper, single-wire.
ISOLATION - PVC plastic compound, for cables with the ng-LS index - plastic compound of the lowered combustibility with a low gazo-and smoke emission.
TWIST - the isolated veins of cables are twisted. In each poviv there is a calculating couple which isolated veins on color differ from each other and from other veins.
COVER - PVC plastic compound, for cables with the ng index - PVC plastic compound of the lowered combustibility, for cables with the ng-LS index - PVC plastic compound of the lowered combustibility with a low gazo-and smoke emission.
THE NUMBER OF VEINS - 4, 5, 7, 10, 14, 19.
SECTION of VEINS, mm ² - 0,75; 1,0; 1,5; 2,5; 4,0; 6,0.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Range of working temperatures - from +50C to - 50C.
Cables are resistant to the increased relative humidity to 98% at ambient temperature to +35 °C.
It is long the admissible temperature of heating of veins at operation: +70C.
Cables with the "ng" and "ng-LS" index do not extend burning in bunches.
Cables are steady against assembly bends.
Construction length of cables - not less than 150 m, is allowed delivery by lengths not less than 20 m in number of no more than 15% of the total length of party.
Average service life of cables - not less than 15 years, when laying in rooms - 25 years.
