Purpose

The product JurbySoft® 12 is intended for processing of feedwater of steam boilers. It is the liquid complex chemical applied to control of processes of corrosion and nakipeobrazovaniye in coppers of low and average pressure. The maximum working temperature + 300 °C, the maximum pressure - 40 Atm.

Properties

The product JurbySoft® 12 - is made on the basis of polymers, inorganic phosphates, the catalyzed sulfite and possesses the following properties:

• connects the ions of rigidity and iron which are available in feedwater, preventing formation of firm scum;
• connects the residual dissolved oxygen;
• interferes with formation of rainfall in the form of flakes or oozy weight (highly effective dispersants turn the salts which have collected in copper into the soft, concentrated slime which is easily removed during purges);
• promotes creation of uniform magnetitny protective film on metal surface;
• reduces formation of free hydrated alkalinity (NAON) and, therefore, reduces risk of the caustic corrosion cracking;
