Installation and use instructions:

• • 1. Accurately calculate the ejection stroke, and use after cutting off the ejector rod from two ends as required;
  • 2. Install the limit sleeve on the ejector plate A, and install the external thread sleeve on the ejector plate B;
  • 3. Fix the ejector rod on the movable mould baseplate by using a hexagonal socket head cap screw;
  • 4. Note that the calculation should be accurate before installation, and the ejection stroke cannot be adjusted after installation;
  • 5. Keep movable parts clean, and apply lubricant regularly to keep them smooth;
  • 6. Conduct the fit function test to check whether the movement of all parts for the secondary ejection mechanism is smooth and the stroke is consistent. (It is recommended to test on the die spotting machine or the injection molding machine. Do not use the crane. )
  • 7. It is suggested to use four secondary ejection mechanisms for one mould, install them symmetrically and ensure that the ejection strokes of the four secondary ejection mechanisms are consistent, otherwise the product will be easily damaged.
  • 8. All mounting holes must be concentric and vertical to the mould joint.
