Izolkap 500 — a warm coupler

IZOLKAP 500 — the facilitated dry mix for the device of a heat and sound insulating coupler which belongs to the class of light concrete. Mix consists of cement and multipremixes - the inert granules of the made foam polystyrene with the high heat-insulating power processed by special additive that promotes receiving uniform mix of an udobnoypra to work with pumps and uniform distribution of solution. The volume weight of final polysterene concrete — 500 kg/cbm.

► Packaging and storage:
— bags on 70 liters — the pallet on 40 bags — period of storage of at least 6 months in the dry cool room protected from a frost and hit of water.


► Structure: Knitting, softeners, granules from the made foam polystyrene of spherical shape (mm Ø 3÷6) with high heat-insulating ability processed by a special additive of E.I.A., that promotes receiving uniform mix convenient for further use
► Scope of application: — the heat-insulating couplers facilitated monolayer under the floors stacked on glue. The design of floors with impact strength assumes laying of a cement and sand coupler over a coupler from "IZOLKAP". — preparation facilitated and heat-insulating (with/without formation of a bias) — the facilitated solutions for filling of emptiness — thermal insulation of roofs and overlappings (with slopes, equal with/without formation of a bias). It is suitable for direct subsequent laying of a waterproof layer (bituminous hot, bituminous cold, synthetic cold) or insoluble liquid sheetings.
► Expense / development:
from 14÷15 of bags (taking into account the used equipment) 1 CBM of the facilitated heat-insulating solution turns out.

— laying on perimeter of the filled-in placement of deformation seams (the made foam polyethylene) on coupler height is necessary — laying of a deformation seam in a doorway — at room size more than 30 sq.m it is necessary to make splitting into cards of 30 sq.m in size and division of cards from each other a deformation seam — the minimum thickness of a coupler - 5 cm
