Automatic multi-stage rotating table machine entirely made in stainless steel and tubular steel structure (40x40mm).
Maximum load 550 kg (higher loads on demand).
The washing process is made by a water and biodegradable detergent solution (temperature between 0° and 60° C) through the sprinkle of hollow cone nozzles above, below and aside the charging surface. After every washing the water is collected in a tank and recycled to the end. The rinse process is made by pump, sprinkler nozzles and tank with recycled water.
An external filter basket allows easy cleaning and service.
Front machine loading by a drop down stainless steel door; opening by 2 gas springs.
PLC control panel programming: washing time, rinse time, drying time, washing temperature, rinse temperature, drying temperature, water level and clogged filter alarms, ON/OFF energy saving, washing and rinsing resistors timer.
