Mix posolochno-nitrite for meat products with iodine
Represents mix of vacuum salt of an extra and sodium nitrite. Posolochno-nitritnaya mix is used in production of smoked products, sausage and ham products and other meat products instead of sodium nitrite and sodium salt in pure form.
Intends for forming and stabilization of rose-red color and salty taste to meat products. It is important for protection of development of botulism and bacteria in products which are stored not cooled.
Packaging: polypropylene bags on 25 kg.
