Intelligent module of recognition of car numbers SecurOS A

Recognition of car numbers in SecurOS carries out the Hardware and Software System (HSS) of "SecurOS Auto" which represents automatic system of supervision and registration of the cars moving with a speed up to 160 km/h according to their numbers.

Main functionality:

• high quality of recognition (not less than 95% are guaranteed) registration number of the car;
• formation of the database with saving information on time, date, the direction of journey, the recognized number and the video footage;
• intellectual information search in the database on several parameters (the recognized number, date, journey time, number of a video camera);
• creation of black/white lists of numbers;
• support of external databases, export of information to ACS, systems of document flow;
• integration with security, weight, processing equipment, a radar of determination of speed, actuation mechanisms, automatic systems of calculations.

• Depending on features of the project the Avto-Inspektor system supports different types of data storage: formation of the uniform database for storage of the results arriving from all channels of recognition or creation of the separate database for each channel of recognition or their set.

Integration into external databases can be carried out for ensuring work of system in the mode of a ban/permission of driving through the "black" "/white" list, for implementation of the notification at registration in a transport stream of the car with the specified registration number
• Possibilities of effective information search in databases: in the uniform database or in separately organized for each channel of recognition (or their groups) storages.
• Maintaining the internal database of "disturbing" numbers with assignment to each of them a certain status.
• Creation of backup copies of databases. Thanks to this feature safety of information which is saved up during the long period and restoration of the damaged base from a backup copy is ensured.

• license for work with one server (kernel of system),
• license for connection of 1 IP camera,
• the license for 1 channel of recognition of the state numbers (Ukraine, Russia and the USSR) the vehicles moving with a speed up to 160 km/h
• licenses for the software of Web View for distant work with system on the Internet (to two simultaneous connections);
• flash key (gvardant) for this server.

Expansion of opportunities of the software of system is carried out by addition: new channels of video surveillance, channels of recognition of numbers of cars, function of control of external devices (barriers, traffic lights, indicating panels and so forth), etc.
