Description
The insulators C4-195-I UHL1, C4-195-II UHL1 are used as components for isolation and fastening of current carrying parts in electric devices (disconnectors, tire support), complete distributing devices, current distributors, distributing devices of power plants and substations of an alternating voltage of 35 kV of frequency to 100 Hz.
Structure of a symbol:
- With - an insulator ceramic basic rod;
- 4 - the minimum mechanical destroying force on a bend;
- 195 - test tension of a storm impulse (full wave), kV;
- I, II - a class on length of a way of leakage of external isolation;
- UHL, T1 - a climatic modification and category of placement in accordance with GOST 15150-69.
According to technical requirements the insulators C4-195-I UHL 1, S4-195-II UHL1 have the following distinctive features:
- the insulating part is made of high-strength material (subgroup of 120 GOST 20419);
- the fittings are manufactured of an aluminum alloy of AK12 of GOST 1583-93;
- the reinforcing structure - PTs-500 portlandtsement DON;
- armirovochny seams are protected by silicone sealant.
