Description
We bring to your attention industrial systems of the return osmosis.
The system represents the compact functionally finished module. The equipment of system, PILES devices, the pipe binding regulating and shutoff valves are mounted on a metal frame.
Process of demineralization is carried out on the obratnoosmotichesky membrane Filmtec elements of production of the DOW Chemical company (USA).
In an operating mode in the membrane module of system there is a division of water into two streams: demineralized water — permeat and water with the increased salinity — a concentrate. The part of a concentrate in operating time of the module is dumped in the sewerage, and the part goes to an entrance of the pump of a high pressure, so-called recycling of a concentrate. The system has the adjustable line of recycling allowing to control and regulate the volume of dumping of a concentrate. Demineralized water (permeat) comes to the collection (is not included in the package of system), in which the float-operated switch which is disconnecting system at achievement of the maximum value of level is mounted.
Automatic equipment of system provides electric protection of the pump against the dry course, protection of membranes against a high pressure, provides inclusion and shutdown of system on level in the collection of a permeat, carries out automatically hydraulic washing of membranes.
Periodically the membrane of the obratnoosmotichesky module needs chemical washing.
