INSTALLATION OF PURIFICATION OF DRINKING WATER

At intensive emissions of all table of Mendeleyev by the industrial enterprises sources of drinking water supply are sharply reduced. The existing technologies of purification of drinking water (physicomechanical, a traditional filtration, chemical, biochemical, etc.), as a rule, raschitany on a narrow class of the purified substances, do not provide the established requirements for quality and reliability of cleaning. Traditional methods of disinfecting of drinking water (for example, chlorination) in usual conditions affect only vegetative nesporoobrazuyushchy forms of bacteria. Besides, the chlorination method in the presence in water even in small amounts — organic compounds (phenol, benzene, etc.) leads to formation of cancerogenic substances.
The most perspective for mechanical water purification are the patented MChF "INKERI" of a design of filters with ftoroplastovy filter elements. They are firm to hostile environment, acids, alkalis, are biologically neutral. The corresponding decision of the Kiev institute of hygiene for use of the specified filter elements in drinking water supply is received. Filters provide any required cleaning subtlety — 1,3,5,10 and 20 microns. Residual content of mechanical impurity is not more than 0,3 mg/l.
The new technology with application of ozonizers and flowing and cavitational mixers is intended for destruction of all species of pathogenic microflora, including the most resistant forms of sporonesushchy organisms and viruses; disinfectings of water from toxins, complex organic compounds (benzene, phenol, oil products) and the dissolved pesticides (carbophos, bayleton, keltan, ridomit, etc.). The technology is based on initiation in water solutions by means of the flowing and cavitational mixer and ozone of reactions of deep oxidation of organic substances before nontoxical connections such as water, carbon dioxide, etc., or to insoluble (dropping out in a deposit) chemically neutral fragments which are easily caught by traditional methods and destruction of deoxyribonucleic acid of microorganisms.
Fundamental difference of the offered technology from the known ways of cleaning is use instead of traditional chlorination ozonization with the flowing and cavitational mixer.
