Description
Own production. It is intended for aeration of grain embankments on the open areas of the hlebopriyemny enterprises and in the warehouses which are not equipped with stationary floor ventilating installations. It is applied together with fans. Represents a telescopic five - unit pipe with the punched surface of sections.
The first link is the basic bearing element of installation and forms the basis (case) in which other sections of ventilating installation at transportation are placed. Outside a sled for movement of installation from one place on another is welded on the case, at an end face there is a cap.
Sections represent the punched cylindrical pipes from a trellised cloth with openings of any size (in coordination with the customer).
In each section, in the back end, the crosspiece with the central opening for the admission of a cable, and is fixed in forward - a holder with felt consolidation which serves for prevention of hit of grain inside in places of interface of pipes. One end of a cable for retraction of sections in the case is fixed on capture of trailer section of telescopic installation, and the second comes to an end with a loop.
For prevention of spontaneous promotion of sections from the case at transportation the lock fixed on a cable after retraction of sections serves.
Work consists in the following. On the platform or on a warehouse floor before their filling with grain installation drags on in all length. The fan is connected to a case flange instead of a cap. After filling of the platform or a warehouse with grain its purge and active aeration are as required carried out. The installation pulling from an embankment of grain is carried out for the free end of a cable by the car or a tractor after a fan detachment.
