Installation of an osushka of gas of the CNG filling station is intended for selection of moisture from production gas 'Sumygazmash'

Installation of an osushka of gas is intended for selection of moisture from gas.

Our company applies an energy saving osushka in which it is used warmly compressed gas.
At station the most effective method of an osushka of gas allowing to provide on various operating modes a dew point from minus 250C to minus 600C and economy of the electric power (or other energy) which is spent for regeneration of adsorbent for 80-90% that in general allows to lower cost of electricity consumption on the CNG filling station by 8-10% is applied.
Process of an osushka of gas consists in absorption of moisture at its passing through a layer of the adsorbent which is in an adsorber. In process of absorption of moisture from gas adsorbent gradually loses the absorbing properties therefore for providing a continuity of technological process installation is supplied with two adsorbers working alternately in the mode of an osushka and regeneration.
Regeneration (restoration of the absorbing properties of adsorbent) is made by the return (in relation to process of an osushka) a stream of not cooled gas after the last step of the compressor.
Switching of operating modes of adsorbers on an osushka of gas or regeneration of adsorbent is made manually at the idle compressor by means of spherical cranes.

Advantages and distinctive features of an osushka the offered JSC PEK Sumygazmash company for a complete set of blocks compressor:
- More than 150 systems of an osushka of this design were installed on the CNG filling station.
- Osushka of natural gas occurs on the party of forcing (the party of a high pressure) of the block compressor. The system of an osushka on the party of forcing allows to receive lower dew point of natural gas (to - 40 0 C).
- The system of an osushka does not demand an additional supply of the electric power that significantly cuts operational costs in use of station.
- In comparison with rather neeffektifny systems of an osushka on the party of absorption (the party of low pressure), our system of an osushka of gas does not demand an additional consumption of adsorbent in use. The expense of a desikant which is applied in systems of an osushka on the party of absorption makes 70-100 grams on everyone 1000 nm3 gas.
- The system of an osushka waste-free, that is additional utilization of a desikant is not required. The Desikant - the ineffective adsorbent which is applied in systems of an osushka on the party of low pressure which in the course of an osushka and absorption of moisture is kindled and as a result has to be utilized.
- In system of an osushka of gas humidity of the gas (its dew point) which is released to the consumer does not depend on ambient temperature and pressure of gas in the soaking-up pipeline unlike systems of an osushka at all on the party of absorption for which low pressure in the soaking-up pipeline (it is lower than 6 kgfs/cm2) and rather low temperature (below 10 0C) is specified to full not operability of system of an osushka.
- The system of an osushka of gas does not demand construction of the additional warmed room and can work in various conditions of environment.
