Installation for an UBV bitumen warming up

Installations for a warming up of bitumen, "bitumovarka" or "bituminous coppers" which perform functions of cooking, a warming up and maintenance of temperature of bitumen when carrying out repair and construction, waterproofing and roofing works with application of means of small-scale mechanization.

The copper for cooking of UBV-1 bitumen is intended for preparation of hot bitumen by production of roofing and waterproofing works. For loading of lumpy bitumen the special window is provided.

In certain cases coppers of BQ are used as a bitumoplavilka in services DRSU, on a repair roadwork, for production of asphalt (asphalt concrete).

The warming up of viscous material, including, bitumen, thermoplastic pitches, sealants, mastic - is carried out due to heat generated by the diesel torch which is built in an installation design. Regulation of an intensivnsta of a warming up and process of maintenance of the required temperature of material oushchestvlyatsya manually - by means of the fuel supply crane regulator. Installations of the UBV-1 series are not equipped with "automatic equipment".

The bitumen copper does not demand certification on fire safety, but personnel which will work with installation, there has to take place the special personnel safety notification, and a construction object has to be equipped with fire extinguishing means.
