The device for cavitational-magnetic processing of water with the electromagnetic drive contains basis on which it is established the bathtub divided into two parts by openings which are captured by permanent magnets the lower part of bathtub forms vibration hydropulsator. Openings have sharp edges and are covered by constants magnetic, the membrane is paired by rod to intermediate plate of the electromagnetic drive which moves with active plate inphase, and the reactive plate moves antiphase, forming constant minimum air interval.
