The industrial Dehumidifier of Desiccant Technologies Group MDC1000 is intended for air drainage inside

the rooms having special moist and temperature parameters (warehouses, cellars, pump stations and so forth) and uses in drying processes. The adsorptive dehumidifiers of air MDC have high efficiency and are irreplaceable at need for low humidity at low temperatures. Dehumidifiers are completed: a silikagelevy rotor with the drive, the PTC heater, EC fans, air filters. Can work as the self-contained unit, and in a combination with system of processing of air. Distinctive properties of the adsorptive dehumidifier - efficiency at low temperatures, achievement and maintenance of very low humidity of air. Besides the solution of the called problems with the help of the adsorptive rotor dehumidifiers it is possible: • to protect from fogging of a window and glass ceilings in office and residential buildings; • to increase quality of finishing works at apartment renovation due to drying without temperature deformations of the used walls, a floor and a ceiling; • to liquidate consequences of floods, to dry new construction objects; • to increase duration of storage of hygroscopic materials: drugs, laundry detergents, construction materials and other loose products; • to support the low level of humidity by production of foodstuff, wood, rubber products and plastic, at manufacture of fur skins; • to keep a trade dress of clothes and packing; • to reduce growth of bacteria, etc. The adsorptive rotor dehumidifier deletes moisture from a stream of the air passing through it. A basic element of a dehumidifier is the rotor covered with a special sorbent which absorbs the water molecules which are in the drained air. When the rotor sector saturated with moisture, rotating, gets to a regeneration zone - it is drained the second stream of previously heated air. Moisture is removed out of limits of the drained contour in the form of warm damp air. The rotor rotates and, thus, process of sorption regeneration happens continuously.
FEATURES • The case has high corrosion resistance and is manufactured of stainless sheet steel by thickness 1,0mm; some components are made of stainless sheet steel 1,5 thick and 2,0mm for increase of rigidity and durability of a dehumidifier.
