Independent spring blocks are made on SPUHL P-450 automatic transfer lines. This equipment allows to make a spring from 60 mm to 270 mm high. Diameter can vary from 40 to 70 mm. Tapes with springs stick together on the automatic Spuhl PA-490 glue transfer line that provides exact and correct putting glue. Glue seams have the correct geometry of drawing, as a result of pasting on this equipment shrinkage and deformation of the ready block after twisting and in use are completely excluded. This line is made by the special order and has no analogs in the territory of the Russian Federation. Quality control of its work and technical support is carried out by specialists of the Spuhl company two times a year in the interactive mode.
