Impregnation for sealing of the materials ANATERM-PK80.

The impregnating composition of ANATERM-PK80 is intended for sealing of cast details from cast iron, alloys of copper, aluminum, impregnation of products of powder metallurgy, and also porous materials (concrete, wood, etc.). Possessing high penetration, Anaterm – PK80, easily fills a time, cracks, emptiness and is quickly cured at a temperature of 90 - 120 °C.

MAIN ADVANTAGES OF ANATERM-PK80:

  Anaterm – PK80 does not change the properties at storage at temperatures up to +30 °C.

  Anaterm – PK80 belongs to the 4th class of low-dangerous connections, its use in industrial production is authorized.

  Anaterm – PK80 is especially effective at vacuum impregnation. Process of vacuum impregnation with application Anaterm – PK80 consists of 3 main stages:

  1. Filling of a time in products the impregnating composition.
  2. Remover Anaterm – PK80 from a surface of products water.
  3. Hardening of composition in a time of products at a temperature of +90 °C … +120 °C in water or on air.
