Immunochips

CJSC Imdi is engaged in development of the immunochips allowing to define at the same time in the studied sample of 8-10razlichny causative agents of diseases of the person. The main advantage of such approach is an opportunity in one analysis to examine the patient on all infections causing similar symptoms of a disease.

The proteinaceous matrix (immunochip) which represents a small dense substrate with the anti-genes of infectious activators which are discretely put in a certain order forms a basis of the offered test.

For laboratory diagnostics test systems on the basis of proteinaceous immunochips for definition can be used:

1) TORCH infections;

2) helminthoses (lyamblioz, opistorkhoz, askaridoz, toksokaroz);

3) zoonozny infections (brucellosis, leptospirosis, iyersinioz, listeriosis).

The immunochip has a number of competitive advantages in comparison with test systems to IFA. The most important advantage is the quantity of the defined infections in 1 analysis - 8 against 1. As a result on immunochips it is possible to carry out the analysis for the 1st patient on the 1st immunochip while on immunofermental test systems will eslianalizirovat the 1st patient it is used on the 1st strip (i.e. on 8 holes) from 8 test systems. Thus, the cost of definition of 8 infections by means of the immunochip is 1,5 - 2 times lower, than when using set for IFA.
