Sugat White Beans are a rich source of protein and minerals, and contain calcium, iron, amino acids and B group vitamins. In common with many with many other pulses, these beans grow on pods. The dry brown beans must be soaked in water before cooking. They can either be immersed in boiling water for a few hours, or in cold water overnight or for at least 12 hours.
