Pressing type:

Bilateral counter pressing.

In the press two cylinders with identical pressure are installed opposite each other. In this press the real bilateral pressing, but not its imitation by means of a punch podpruzhinivaniye and so forth is realized.

Compression mold type

The compression mold is folding, with removable lining.

Single-row compression molds are deprived of this shortcoming.

Single-row the press work, as a rule, quicker and their time of a cycle less than similar multirow press. Speed of work of single-row press with interest compensates smaller quantity of products in shape.

Use of single-row press allows to let out at high efficiency well condensed qualitative products with a good geometrical accuracy.

The effort of pressing to product surface unit On our pressa the minimum pressure which develops a press on unit of a surface of a product makes 250 kg/cm2. The maximum indicators can make 420 kg/cm 2 and more (at reduction of quantity of products in shape).
