Description
Hydrogen is used at NH3 ammonia synthesis, HCl chlorohydrogen, CH3OH methanol, when hydrocracking (cracking in the atmosphere of hydrogen) natural hydrocarbons, as a reducer when receiving some metals. Hydrogenation of natural vegetable oils receive solid fat — margarine. Liquid hydrogen finds application as rocket fuel and also as coolant. Oxygen mix with hydrogen is used when welding.
