The boilers consist of a firebox and a water - tube heat exchanger.
Firebox
mechanized, with auger fuel - feeding, forced distributed primary and secondary blast. The furnace is equipped with a fuel level sensor, which allows automating the fuel supply system. Due to the tangential secondary blast, a high combustion efficiency is achieved, and therefore a high efficiency of the combustion device.
Heat exchanger
made of several concentric coils and a top cooled cover. The outlet of gases is carried out in the lower part of the heat exchanger, which makes it possible to mount the smoke exhauster without any particular difficulties. The two - pass gas - flow heat exchanger scheme provides minimal ash deposition on heat exchange surfaces.
Fuel
The boiler furnace allows burning the following types of fuel: sawdust, shavings, wood chips, sunflower husks, waste chipboard, fiberboard, MDF, etc.
The main requirements for fuel are ash content not higher than 5% , moisture content not exceeding 55% (122% ). The moisture W was calculated according to the formulas: W = (mt - mc) / mt × 100% , (W = (mt - mc) / mc × 100% ), where mt is the total mass of the fuel, mc is the mass of dry matter in the fuel.
