A special feature of this honey extractor is the rotor design. It has dividing plates. When the rotor rotates, the cassettes do not adhere to the rotor rim, but to the separate plates, which in turn rest on the cassettes. This way more cassettes can be accommodated in the same tank diameter. A slight "under - rotation" of the cassettes contributes to better honey pumping, since the cells are also located at a slight angle to the horizon. The honey extractor consists of a tank with lids, a stand, an electric drive, a rotor with cassettes, a transformer - rectifier, a control unit and a drain cock.

The honey extractor tank is made of 0.8 mm thick sheet steel. The rotor cage is made of a 15x15 mm profile pipe. The material of parts in contact with honey is anti - corrosion steel, it is allowed for contact with food.
The electric drive is a gear motor mounted on the honey extractor shaft from below. Power supply of the electric motor - 24V DC, can be carried out from the AC 220V through a transformer - rectifier, which is installed in the lower part of the honey extractor, or from two series - connected 12V batteries.
Cassettes with frames are automatically installed in the inoperative position along the radius to the center and return when the honey extractor rotor rotates in one direction or another, depending on the direction of rotation of the rotor. The operating mode of the honey extractor is set by the corresponding levers on the control unit. The honey extractor can work in manual or automatic mode.
