Brand design
1. The conductor is made of copper wire of the 5th class of flexibility in accordance with GOST 22483.
2. The inner screen of the main conductor is made of electrically conductive rubber.
3. Изоляция – из резины изоляционной накладывается на основные жилы поверх внутреннего экрана. Изоляция вспомогательной жилы выполняется из резины изоляционной и не должна быть черного цвета, допускается изготовление вспомогательной жилы с наружным экраном из электропроводящей резины. Жила заземления выполняется без изоляции, допускается изготовление жилы заземления с изоляцией из электропроводящей резины.
4. Наружный экран основной жилы – из электропроводящей резины наложен поверх изоляции.
5. Скрутка – основные жилы, заземляющая и вспомогательная жилы скручены.
6. Разделительный слой – поверх скрученных жил наложена синтетическая пленка. Допускается изготовление без пленки при условии обеспечения свободного отделения жил друг от друга и от оболочки без повреждения изоляции и экранов, допускается разрушение синтетической пленки.

Operating temperature range of cables: from - 30 ° С to 50 ° С.
Long - term admissible temperature on current - carrying conductors of cables: no more than 75 ° С.
Minimum bending radius of cables:
- during installation and laying along the route - at least 6 D of the cable.
- when winding up and winding up on a cable drum - at least 10 D of the cable.
The cables withstand the test with an alternating voltage of a rated frequency of 50 Hz for 5 minutes: for main conductors - 15 kV; for an auxiliary conductor - 2 kV.
Electrical resistance of insulation 1 km: not less than 50 megohms.
Electrical resistance of cable shields - no more than 300 Ohm.
The insulation of the main conductors is ozone - resistant.
Resistance of cables to winding - unwinding - not less than 7000 cycles.
The largest tensile load on the cable should not exceed 24.5 N (2.5 kgf), the cable tension during coiling and winding on a drum should not exceed 9.8 N (1.0 kgf) per 1mm2 of the total cross - section of all cores.
KGpENSh cables are flame retardant when laid alone.
Construction length of cables - not less than 200 m (by agreement with the Customer, supply of cables of other lengths).
The service life of cables is at least 3 years, and when operating on mechanisms equipped with cable receiving drums - at least 5 years.
The warranty period for cables is 12 months from the date of putting the cables into operation, but not later than 6 months from the date of manufacture.
