HN67MVTYu - a lame and nickel, heat resisting alloy where designation X N T indicates use of such metals as, chrome (Cr) - "X", nickel (Ni) - "N", the titan - "T", molybdenum - "M", figure in brand means the maintenance of each element as a percentage.

Chrome gives to an alloy thermal stability and chemical firmness, technical indicators of an alloy, such as uniformity and durability of structure, depend on the titan. Flexibility and viscosity of material depends on nickel. Such chemical composition facilitates technological processing of an alloy under pressure. Thanks to nickel on a surface of a product the protective oxidic film which increases corrosion properties of an alloy and is easily restored in case of damages is formed.

All details and designs made from an alloy have high rates of corrosion firmness, are characterized by long and stable terms of operation at high temperatures.

Shortcomings:

Due to use as a part of nickel, the titan and chrome cost of production leaves as a result rather high.

But high rates of durability and admissible secondary processing of material, do production of an alloy by long-term, favorable investment.

Today special steels are applied very widely. They are calculated on long operation in the most severe conditions — the jet engine, chemical devices, compressors, boiler superheaters. Some heat resisting alloys apply as a sheeting on details of devices of chemical industry by means of a gas-flame dusting.

Heat resisting alloys can be packed on aluminum, iron, cobalt, copper, titanic, etc. bases. The wide popularity in aircraft engines was received by nickel alloys which form a basis of rotors of turbines, working shovels, details of combustion chambers, etc. Such heat resisting alloys can be foundry, deformable and powder. The foundry difficult alloyed alloys on a nickel basis have the greatest thermal stability. They maintain considerable static and dynamic loadings during thousands of hours at a temperature up to 1100 °C.
