High-voltage test facility (VIU-10) WICK

The control system of VIU-10 provides carrying out tests in semi-automatic the modes from the personal computer.

Basic elements of cable products:

• conducting vein (veins);
• isolation.

Section of examinees of cable products: from 0,25 to 240 mm2

Each of conclusions can be both a conclusion with the zero tension and a conclusion with a high voltage.

Installation has a possibility of connection as single-core and multicore cable products.

At test by the single-phase tension of isolation of cable products lived alone (one - or multicore cable products) or the group electrically of the connected veins (multicore cable products) is connected to a conclusion of a high voltage of the test facility. Other vein or group of veins are connected electrically among themselves and to the grounding installation conclusion.

The high-voltage VIU-10 test facility provides performance of the following tests:

1. check of electric durability of isolation;
2. measurement of resistance of isolation or current of leak through isolation;
3. measurement of active resistance;
4. burned.

The test station VIU-10(K) conforms to requirements of AIEL.441461.006TU and is intended for carrying out in the automated and manual mode of test of electric durability of isolation of Hz only 50 according to the requirement of GOST 2990-78; measurements of resistance of isolation, coefficient of absorption and coefficient of polarization of wires HOARSED also cables with different types of isolation on rated voltage to 6 kV with number of veins from 1 to 6 according to the requirement of GOST 3345-78.
