Pineapple move to places with shade, do not pour mass in hot weather / rain. Preservation methods export: Selection of standard fruits (not crush, no defects, no scratches), classification, kept in cold storage at 7-8oC temperature, ventilation: 85-90 %. Harvest process to put in cold storage does not exceed 24 hours in summer and 36 hours in the spring.
