For ensuring work of drying (thermal) installations, the Energobioresurs company are developed and the MERA vortex furnace systems (VFS) ® which work is constructed on the principle of decomposition of solid fuel with the subsequent combustion of pyrolysis (flying) gases are made.

MERA heatgenerators ®, are the modern processing equipment intended for combustion of loose uglerodosoderzhashchy fuel with granulation (fraction) to 35 mm, humidity to 50%. Are a part of the equipment: the fuel bunker with a shnekovy feeder, a burning chamber with a torch, the control panel. Sawdust, peat, spill, a peel, straw, granules are, etc. filled up in the bunker and further come to the shnekovy conveyor working in the automatic giving pause mode according to the program set on the controller. The Shnekovy conveyor carries out the dosed supply of fuel in a pyrolysis chamber where there is a gasification process, i.e. process of almost full decomposition of fuel on combustible gases and their further burning in a vortex torch, at the regulated mixing to air oxygen. Scraps and lumpy waste can be loaded in the manual mode. Design features of a chamber of burning, way of supply of fuel and secondary air, allow to achieve long burning of solid fuel with obtaining temperature on a torch cut to 1300 S. Comer of burning and a torch are made on innovative technology, with use of high-quality materials: fire-resistant concrete, thermomats. This decision provides necessary extent of heat insulation and the long period of operation of a product in comparison with other materials (a shamotny brick, steel, a mertel).
