He sensor for measurement of low pressure of BD SENSORS DMP 343 (DMP343)

The sensor of pressure BD SENSORS DMP 343 (DMP 343) is intended for measurement of low pressure from 10 Mbar (1 kPa), and also for vacuum measurements-1 … 0 bars (-100 … 0 Pas).

Gases, compressed air, nonaggressive liquids act as the measured environment. DMP 343 generates a signal proportional to pressure level in system. A basic element of the sensor of pressure is DSP201 sensor. The sensor represents the silicon sensitive element placed on a ceramic substrate.

Thanks to small overall dimensions of the sensor with carving port of pressure, and also thanks to application of the standardized electric connections in the case from stainless steel, DMP 343 is suitable for work in difficult atmospheric and mechanical conditions.

Distinctive feature of the DMP 343 sensor is excellent temperature stability and long-term stability of calibration characteristics.
