Considering possible operation in a heavy-duty state and the hatch size, the hatch is manufactured of steel with thickness of a wall of 4 mm.
On a cover of the hatch the panel from a strong magnesite plate to which the floor covering is directly fixed (a tile, a parquet up to 15 mm thick, a laminate, linoleum, a carpet) is fixed. The door of the hatch has stiffening ribs on perimeter. The quantity of stiffening ribs depends on the hatch size. The door of the hatch is most facilitated and keeps in the lower situation thanks to the weight of a floor covering.
Raising of a door is carried out by means of pneumosprings.
On perimeter of an external frame there are fixing openings under fastening by anchors.
All hatches are completed with the T-shaped handle. In a cover of the hatch there is an opening with a threaded connection. The handle is inserted into an opening and screwed in in a threaded connection.
At the request of the customer production and installation of special devices - locks on a hatch door is possible.
Hatches with the hidden loop and pneumosprings allow to lift easily a cover, despite its big sizes, nearly one finger of a hand.
