Determination and Application
Habitable blast chamber is intended for cleaning of dirt and rust of various workpieces and metal. It is installed on a special foundation with niches for scraping floors and a vertical elevator. The chamber is sealed closed with a gate frame to load the goods and personnel doors.
Principle of operation
The workpiece is placed in the chamber or by means of the lifting mechanism mounted on the monorail above the chamber, or on a trolley, transporting the workpiece in the chamber on the rail tracks. Purification of the product produced by contact of the emerging at high velocity shot blasting machine with a hose, guided by the operator located inside the chamber in a special gear with contaminated product surfaces. fraction flow direction is changed manually by the operator.
Assembly
The installation also includes: stripping system at the bottom level of the fraction collection vertical elevator (paternoster) for transporting the fraction to the separator (upper level), and the collecting hopper (tank) with manual and pneumatic valves in the feed fraction shot blasting installation. Qualitatively air cleaning system cleans the air from dust and other contaminants. Modern Siemens on the basis of the control cabinet allows you to quickly and easily control the shot blasting installation and the availability of a work program to save time for staff training.
