The autoloading exhaust gun Orlan FX-7 of the 12th caliber has the following distinctive features:

Streamline contour of a receiver.
The rounded streamline contour of a receiver promotes a fast instinctive aiming. The matte anti-glare coating of the upper and lower parts of a receiver not only promotes a convenient aiming in any weather conditions, but also emphasize bright design of fellies, giving ruzhyyuorlan FX-7 graceful appearance.

Exhaust system of automatic equipment.
The exhaust system of automatic equipment of the gun Orlan FX-7 including a gas cylinder and the self-cleaning gas piston with mating rings allows to create at the time of a shot added resistance in a gas cylinder and to pit excess powder pressure at application of especially powerful ammunition. Piston travel, in turn, develops an impulse at the expense of which the movement of a lock is carried out, the spent case is thrown out and the new boss moves.

As a result the gun OrlanFX-7 without any adjustment can shoot cartridges from lungs to heavy with a length of sleeve up to 76 mm.

Skeleton (body) of the shock and trigger mechanism.
The skeleton of the mechanism is made of high-strength polymeric fibreglass. This material has a number of advantages, such as: ability of material to self-clean, ability to absorb oscillatory loadings, more comfortable feelings at a touch in cold weather.

The cutting device.
The control switch of the splitter of the cartridges arriving from shop is located on the left side of a receiver. The splitter can be switched on only at the closed lock.

The turned safety lock.
The bolt of a safety lock moved in the cross direction is established in standard situation for right-hand shooters, but, if necessary, can be inverted for convenience of left-side shooters.

Butt.
The butt of the gun is designed taking into account a possibility of replacement of the rubber shock-absorber (back). Replacement is made without any adjustment. Installing rubber shock-absorbers of different thickness it is possible to change butt length.

Gun accessories.
The gun OrlanFX-7 is packed into a cardboard box from a microcorrugated cardboard and supplied with a set of the following accessories: the limiter of capacity of shop to two cartridges, a set of muzzle dapters with a special key for them in plastic packaging.
