The case of a guard Favori®T is made РОСОМЗ® according to the license EYREX® Switzerland, the increased size is made of the neprogorayemy, heat-resistant and cold-resistant material SUPER TermotreK® (it is made with use of the materials DuPont™ and Zytel®), reliably protects a face and a neck of the welder from sparks and splashes of the melted metal;
the ergonomic design of the case and side channels for withdrawal of the smoke which is formed when welding reduce impact on respiratory organs; the streamline shape excludes probability of sticking of scale;
light filter S-3. S-8 the European standard size (110х90 mm) improves the review, is protected from 2 parties by integumentary glass and not misted substrate from SA;
fastening on a helmet by means of the special universal adapters made of heat-resistant material fixes a guard in two most advantageous positions: working (below) and not working (above), reducing load of a backbone;
APPLICATION: protective front guards of the welder with fastening on a helmet are intended for complex protection of the head, eyes and a face of the welder from direct radiations of a welding arch, splashes of the melted metal and sparks in all branches of an economic complex of Russia and the CIS countries at industrial sites, in shops at production of details, knots, mechanisms (automotive industry, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering), and also at assembly (oil and gas-processing, machine-building complexes), repair (in all branches of NH), the construction and other works connected with application of electric welding in the conditions of the lowered and increased temperatures.
Protective front guards of the welder with fastening on a helmet are used with a helmet of SOMZ-55 of Favori®T of all model range dressed by a peak back by shift of internal equipment back to front that improves ergonomics of a product due to uniform distribution of weight, reduces load of a backbone and a neck of the welder, the peak protects a neck from splashes of liquids and metal.
