GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT GRYAZEVIKAKH
• Gryazevik is knot of expansion of the pipeline with change of the direction of water flow and a filtration its special grid
• Function of a gryazevik consists in reception of initial water and its filtration from averages and the large weighed particles
• Gradual increase of hydraulic resistance in a gryazevika according to indications of devices on the line of the pipeline before and after a gryazevik
• By the principle of action of a gryazevika are similar to ordinary filters. They slow down a heat carrier stream. Owing to sharp reduction of its speed the weighed particles are eliminated.
SCOPES GRYAZEVIKOV • Are applied to water purification from the large and average weighed particles (scale, Gratas, sand, and other impurity) in systems water - and heat supplies • Are used at power plants, in boiler, elevator knots thermal inputs of buildings and constructions of different function, etc.
PRODUCTION OPTIONS GRYAZEVIKOV • Horizontal device. It is calculated on networks from Du 200-400 with the working pressure equal to 25 kgfs/cm2, and with the temperature of 200 °C. Is established on elevator knots, thermal inputs of structures of different function, etc. • Vertical flange gryazevik for heating systems with Du 40-1400 at water parameters to Ru =25 kgfs/cm2 and temperature to 200 °C. It is used at power plants, in boiler rooms, etc. • Gryazevik is subscriber. It is applied to cleaning of the heat carrier of particles with a diameter over 5 mm. It is the so-called filter of rough cleaning for networks with Du 25-350, the working temperature of the device makes 150 °C with a pressure up to 16 kgfs/cm2. Is issued in two options: under welding and flange.

Gryazevik is made by TC-567 with an entrance and output branch pipe under welding and is equipped with removable caps for their cleaning, branch pipes for descent of water and production of air.
