Description
The SRZ - P seeder is designed for drilling seeds of cereals (wheat, rye, barley, oats), legumes (peas, beans, soybeans, lentils, beans, rank, chickpeas, lupine), small - seeded crops (rapeseed, mustard, flax) with simultaneous the introduction of mineral fertilizers.
• The planter is based on a modular design. With the help of the hitch, it is possible to create wide - cut seeding units, which are interconnected by special devices according to a rank scheme. This connection facilitates seed loading and increases productivity. • The seeder produces with double - disc coulters on 4 support - drive wheels. • The seeder is equipped with a counter drive with overtaking clutches and a disconnector. The presence of overrunning clutches makes it possible to transfer rotation to the shaft from the two outer sections of the press rollers or from both drive wheels of the seeder.
The advantages of our technology: • SRZ - P 3.6 - for row sowing, completed with two - disc single - row openers and finger harrowers; • SRZ - P 3.6 - 04 - for narrow - row sowing, completed with two - disc double - row openers and finger harvesters. • SRZ - P 3.6 - 06 - for row sowing, equipped with double - disc single - row openers and press rollers. • Disc rollers for baling are assembled in four sections. The sections are pivotally connected to the seeder frame with the help of forks. This connection of the roller sections to the frame makes it possible for the rollers to copy the field relief. • The end sections of the rollers are used to drive the shafts of the seeding devices. • Compaction of the soil in the rows is carried out in order to create contact between the sown seeds and moist soil at the bottom of the furrows, provides a capillary rise of moisture in dense zones, which creates favorable conditions for earlier and more friendly germination of seeds when sowing in arid regions and in areas prone to wind erosion soil. Gas exchange is carried out due to open zones, which contributes not only to earlier germination of seeds, but also to the death of weeds in unconsolidated mounds. • On request, it is completed with rollers for soil compaction. • The disconnector is used to disconnect the gear mechanism in the transport position. • All units are powder coated by polymerization, which significantly extends the service life, protecting the metal from corrosion.
