At production of windows and doors from massive wood, and also a furniture board, the glue materials possessing the maximum moisture resistance, D3 or D4 have special success. Glue compositions of Kleiberit are made various initial viscosity, for example, for pasting of details one "mini-thorn" more convenient to work with Kleiberit 303.6, 303.8 glue, and when pasting on "the smooth fugue" with more dense Kleiberit 303.0, 303.2 glue.
Kleiberit 303.0 and 303.2 allow to receive glue connections with degree of loading both D3, and D4 having two glues "from one bucket". It is especially convenient at production of external and internal products.
Kleiberit 304.1 has a long time of viability of mix of glue with a hardener — 7 days.
Kleiberit 314.0 is the unicomponent dispersion on the basis of PVA providing quality of pasting of D4.
Kleiberit 304.4 ― this is applied by EPI system with success when pasting of the hardly stuck together breeds.
― this provides to Kleiberit 304.5 with EPI system short time of pressing ― 15 minutes.
Kleiberit 332.0 is characterized by a long time of open endurance;
Kleiberit 347.0 is characterized by short time of open endurance;
Kleiberit 501.0 and 507.0 — jet moisture cured polyurethane gluing, provide strong waterproof and heat-resistant pasting. Hardening of glue proceeds due to adsorption of moisture from air of rooms and the applied materials and its reaction with free izotsianatny groups. Polyurethane glue has property to foam and to get deeply into material.

 

Kleiberit 300.0

classical 1k ― unicomponent PVA glue groups naruzok d3 according to DIN EN 204, endurance of 6-10 min., pressing of 15 min. (20 °C) 

Scope:

- Pasting of windows and doors;

- Pasting after layer of HPL plates;

- Pasting after layer of dividing walls and production of elements;

- Pasting of strong and exotic breeds of wood, for example, construction of ladders;

Storage: KLEYBERIT 300.0 is stored in originally closed packing at a temperature of 20 °C, about 1 year.

- production of dividing walls;

- production of wooden ladders;

- pasting of layered plates;

- pasting of spiked connections;

- pasting of strong and tropical breeds of wood;

- high-frequency gluing together;

- as two-component glue ― for the royal requirements;

- it is suitable for hot and cold pasting;

Time of open endurance: 6-10 minutes, after the expiration of 24 hours the remained glue can be processed further as D3 glue, for achievement of quality of D4 it is possible to add one more time 5% of a hardener.

Pressing time:

- Pasting of joints: 20 °C of 15 minutes, 50 °C of 5 minutes, 80 °C of 2 minutes;

At use of this glue as two-component the specified temporary values increase approximately by 50%.
