Glue in granules for packing

DESCRIPTION: Glue fusion in the form of granules, is characterized by high adhesion and thermal stability.

APPLICATION: Glue is used for the automated production of cardboard poddonchik, boxes, also for cardboard packing.

WAY OF DRAWING:
Spreeva, by means of a nozzle, the roller or a disk.
QUALITY
Conclusion of the Ukrainian state sanitary and hygienic examination about scope of application of 22.07.10 No. 05.03.02-03/50588. The composition of glue conforms to requirements concerning existence of indirect food additives in the resolution 21 CFR-175.125 "Self-adhesive Film".

Cardboard materials remain priority at packing production. The most demanded are such types of cardboard packing:

• consumer;
• group;
• transport.

On structure of consumption of cardboard packing:
1. Food industry (confectionery production, loose products (flour melnaya industry, drinks)
2. Perfumery and cosmetic and pharmaceutical, tobacco, household chemicals and means of hygiene.

The main glues fusions which are in the market are presented by 2 groups:

• glues fusions on the basis of EVA (a form: granules, from white till yellow color)
• glues on the basis of metalotsen (a form: to a granule, generally white color)

Use of glue on the basis of EVA: it is used when forming and pasting cardboard poddonchik, boxes, boxes on the automated and semi-automated mechanisms with a high speed.

Use of glue on the basis of a metalotsen: multi-purpose packing glue, is used in the wide range of packing materials, such as consolidation of a cardboard, formation of trays and for assembly of heavy substrata. Advantages of this glue: good adhesion to polypropylene, is lower melting temperature, glue does not turn yellow even under adverse conditions, in comparison with other glues, does not burn slightly, threads do not last, has long open time.

Packing is modern keeps, protects and sells a product therefore quite often the surface of cardboard boxes is covered with different materials (a varnish, the UF-varnish, paints, etc.). As a result of it not each glue fusion can stick together such type of packaging. In this regard there are new packing materials and respectively new gluing.
