PERFORMANCE OF WORK
Works on facing should be performed at a temperature of the furnace or a fireplace from + 5 to + 300C and ambient temperature from + 5 to + 250C.
The basis has to be pure, strong, without visible destructions. Before works the surface of a brick has to be cleared of dust, paint and other pollution.
We add clear water to dry mix (water temperature from + 15 to + 200C). Hashing time before receiving uniform mix not less than 5 minutes. Then rastvorny mix needs to be sustained within 5 minutes then, again to mix. Duration of use of ready mix up to 80 minutes at additional hashing. Previously not to presoak a tile.
The prepared solution is applied on a surface by means of the pallet and we level the gear party of the pallet. We stack a tile and it is densely pressed into glue weight, we delete surplus of solution.
Seam width between tiles has to be not less than 2 mm.
Of seams to make Zatirka not earlier than 48 hours after laying of a tile.
It is necessary to begin heating of the furnace or a fireplace in 5 days after facing and endurance in normal conditions.
